Terms for the international dental concierge service Odenta.

1. Odenta's role
Odenta coordinates requests, preliminary opinions, partner-clinic selection and travel. Odenta is not a dental clinic and does not diagnose or replace an in-person examination.
2. Medical care
A selected independent partner clinic provides care under a separate patient agreement. Its doctor confirms or changes any preliminary plan after diagnosis.
3. Prices and payments
A preliminary estimate is not a final offer. Service scope, currency, payment, cancellation and refund terms must be provided before payment.
4. User duties
Provide accurate information, disclose relevant conditions and medicines, follow visa rules and comply with clinical advice.
5. Liability and disputes
Odenta is responsible for its own coordination service within applicable law, not independent clinical decisions. Uzbekistan law applies unless mandatory consumer rules state otherwise.
