1. Odenta's role
Odenta coordinates requests, preliminary opinions, independent partner-clinic selection and travel. Odenta is not a dental clinic, does not diagnose and does not provide medical care.
2. Preliminary information
Website content, coordinator responses, published prices and preliminary plans are informational. The partner-clinic doctor confirms the final diagnosis, plan, timing and eligibility after an in-person examination and required tests.
3. Medical care
The selected independent partner clinic provides treatment under a separate patient agreement and remains responsible for clinical decisions, informed consent, treatment quality, medical records and its warranty terms.
4. Prices and package scope
Published prices are indicative and are not a binding public offer. Listed All-on-4 and All-on-6 packages include the stated treatment, temporary teeth, tests, accommodation and transfers; flights are excluded. Final scope, extra procedures, currency, payment, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
5. User responsibilities
Provide accurate health and contact information, disclose medicines and contraindications, follow medical advice and independently check passport, visa, insurance and border requirements.
6. Liability and disputes
Odenta is responsible for its own coordination within the agreement and applicable law, but does not guarantee a particular clinical outcome.
