Name, contact details, country of residence, questionnaire answers, correspondence, technical request data and any medical materials voluntarily submitted, including scans, photographs, reports and health information.

We use data to answer requests, coordinate preliminary reviews, identify independent partner clinics and doctors, prepare care and travel options, maintain communication and protect the website. Processing is based on consent, the requested service and applicable Uzbekistan law, including personal data, consumer protection and e-commerce requirements.
